ALQIMI is currently seeking a Program Manager.
POSITION BRIEF
The successful candidate is a dynamic, highly motivated self-starter who will fulfill numerous roles and responsibilities and be comfortable in an unstructured environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to support contracted and new work with DoD and other sensitive clients centered on ALQIMI’s FORGE™ solution.
LOCATION
This is a flexible WFH/WFO model with in-office days located in Arlington, VA on hybrid basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Oversight:
-
Manage the end-to-end delivery of a complex solution package comprising of technology, data, and services.

Coordinate activities across proprietary systems, third-party systems & integrations, and service teams to ensure project success.

Interagency Collaboration:
-
Liaise effectively with interagency partners, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
-
Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders across government and industry.
-
Operational Management:
-
Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
-
Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to contractual requirements and timelines.
-
Address and mitigate risks to program success through proactive planning and response strategies.
-
Subject Matter Expertise:
-
Apply knowledge of Identity Intelligence, intelligence analysis and tradecraft standards, targeting and collection management, and interagency and counterintelligence security activities to guide program objectives.
-
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and mission outcomes.
-
Ensure highest quality level of analytical products through superior analytical and writing skills as the supervisor and original author.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor project team members, ensuring alignment with program goals.

Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Reporting:
-
Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Mission Expansion:
-
Assist the team in expanding the FORGE franchise contracts within current customer and with new customers
-
Participate in prospect calls and produce follow-up documentation including white papers, presentations and proposal documents.

Identify best-practices and successes for marketing and business development purposes
PROJECT MANAGER MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
-
U.S. Citizenship and active security clearance (active TS w/SCI eligibility) suitable for classified work.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
-
Demonstrated expertise in identity intelligence and counterintelligence security activities.
-
Experience developing analytical products, collection planning, and tradecraft standards (ICD 203/206)
-
Experience working with interagency partners and navigating complex organizational environments.
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences
-
Extremely high attention to detail
-
Candidates must be well organized, team focused, and possess critical thinking skills
-
Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority

Experience delivering solutions that integrate proprietary technologies, third-party systems, and analytical services.

Familiarity with publicly available information (PAI) and commercially available information (CAI) as it applies to intelligence operations
