ALQIMI is seeking a highly motivated journeyman analyst to support our efforts with a US Department of Defense CBRNE engagement.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze data, write products, and provide IEW in support of this project.

The candidate will use ALQIMI’s RAAVN system along with a few other open source tools in their normal course of duties.

AQLIMI’s RAAVN software platform is built for ingesting vast quantities of diverse unstructured and structured data, performing simple and complex analytics, ML, DL and NLP, and visualizing the results
through a suite of dynamic visualizations and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help our client to understand overall threats and provide key indications and warning using OSINT data, tools, and tradecraft. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources as part of integrated early warning products performed ad hoc and on a regular basis.

As the authority on your threat target set, our client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset.
You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

The position is located in Rosslyn, VA.

Skills/Attributes

· At least five years of IC or DoD analyst experience; HUMINT background preferred

· Minimum clearance level of TS with SCI eligibility.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience as an all-source analyst in an US government classified environment producing finished, all-source analytical intelligence products in accordance with US government analytical standards, tradecraft, sourcing, and classification requirements

· Travel will be required. The Analyst must hold a valid US passport.

· Experience collaborating/coordinating all source analytic assessments with agencies across the US government

· Written and verbal communication skills that have led to the ability to write for a variety of audiences

· Candidates must be well organized, team focused, and possess critical thinking skills

· Candidates will have strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with government and industry personnel at all levels of seniority

   Desired Qualifications

· Experience with building IEW analytics products

· Experience in the CBRNE domain

· Experience with open source information; contextualizing, analyzing, and delivering OSINT products
