Project Manager
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Requirements:
• Must have direct experience with PEOPLESOFT 9.2 UPGRADE
• Experience managing a multi-functional, matrixed team consisting of application experts, capital and operating budgeting analyst and managers, IT security experts, IT infrastructure experts and the 3rd party implementation teams
• Experience drafting specifications, work plan definitions, task management, overall deliverables management, and status tracking for the project
• Experience communicating with IT offices to assist in needs assessment, scope definition, issues and risk identification
• Experience reviewing project deliverables and plans determining time frames, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects
Job Location: Washington, DC
The job Location is downtown Washington, DC – just a few blocks- walking distance from the Verizon Center, where major concerts and sporting events are hosted and only a few blocks from public transportation, which is Gallery Place Metro station.
In addition, the work location is walking distance to numerous awesome restaurants and retailers. Also, very close to the major tourist attractions, such as museums, parks, monuments, exhibits etc.
