- PMP certification is a MUST
- Minimum five years’ experience delivering enterprise solutions to medium to large organizations
- Expert in access control, to include personnel vetting, badging, access control, training, and policy
- Expert in determining full solutions for transit and transportation organizations, spanning the full spectrum of an implementation, to include requirements, policy development, organizational change, and system implementation
- Excellent written communication and customer relationship management skills
- MS Word, MS, Excel, MS Project, MS Visio tools, and SharePoint
- Thorough understanding of project lifecycles
