Project Manager
Duration: 6+ months
What you will be doing:
For each initiative and project assigned, the deliverables would include:
o business plan initiative
o project charter
o project management plan
o project schedule including resource and financial planning
o weekly and bi-monthly status, issue and risk register
o change request for CCB
o project closeout document
o meeting minutes
o SLA service level agreement
· Requirements specification, requirement traceability matrix, implementation plan, technical specification document, test plan, SIT report, UAT report, SOW
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field; or a current PMP Certification
Must have eight (8) or more years’ experience (Program Manager or Engagement Manager)
Preferred Requirements:
Hold both a relevant Bachelors degree and a PMP certification
Demonstrated ability to perform Earned Value (EV) analysis on large multiyear IT Projects.
Job Location: Washington, DC
The job Location is downtown Washington, DC - just a few blocks- walking distance from the Verizon Center, where major concerts and sporting events are hosted and only a few blocks from public transportation, which is Gallery Place Metro station.
