· Experienced IT QA Analyst Senior Level with experience in supporting the development and deployment of an enterprise timekeeping and workforce management system
· Experience with IBM Rational tool
· Knowledge of HR system, such as PeopleSoft HCM, Accounting, Payroll
· Experience and expertise in Senior Management Consulting in a QA environment
· Demonstrated experience in a project leadership role
· Experience with Transportation industry to develop quality metrics and measures around operation management and financial performance
· Extended experience with performing root cause analysis
· Extended experience with developing roadmaps
· Hands-on working experience with KRONOS (Workforce Timekeeper, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Telestaff) timekeeping and workforce management system
· Knowledge of timekeeping process and procedures, including pay codes, pay rules, schedules
