Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
The job Location is downtown Washington, DC - just a few blocks- walking distance from the Verizon Center, where major concerts and sporting events are hosted and only a few blocks from public transportation, which is Gallery Place Metro station.
In addition, the work location is walking distance to numerous awesome restaurants and retailers. Also, very close to the major tourist attractions, such as museums, parks, monuments, exhibits etc.

What you wil need to qualify for this position:
- Experienced lead that can estimate and plan testing activities for large organization by developing plans, training materials, stakeholder analysis
- Experience with testing timekeeping and HR systems (KRONOS Telestaff, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management)
- Familiarity with Kronos Workforce Time Keeper (WTK), Pay codes, Pay rules, and Schedules
- Experience analyzing requirements derived from union collective bargaining agreements and HR policies to develop test cases
- Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft HCM, Accounting, Payroll)
- Familiarity with transit organizations seniority rules and picking practices
- Hands on experience testing using Jazz Rational Quality Manager
- Advanced knowledge of testing techniques
- Experience in development, deployment and enforcement of quality assurance procedures and standards in software testing
- Experience in all phases of Application Life cycle including systems analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and maintenance
- Eight (8) or more years’ experience performing functions and tasks in the capacity of a Quality Assurance Analyst
